Free AI influencer starter kit
Everything you write down before your persona makes her first post: a persona bible, a reference-set checklist, a naming checklist and a plan for the first week. Free, with no email and no sign-up.
Persona bible
Eight fields plus the AI label for six platforms.
Reference set
Four angles and seven rules for the images everything starts from.
Name and handle
Is the handle free, and does the name match a real person?
First week
Seven tasks in order, one for each day.
Persona bible template
One page that says who your persona is. Every image prompt, every caption and every reply comes from it. Fill it in before you generate anything, and keep it next to you while you work. Not sure about the niche yet? How to choose an AI influencer niche compares eight of them.
1. Name and handle
A first name people can spell after hearing it once, plus the one handle you will use everywhere. Run it through the naming checklist below first.
- Display name
- Handle (same on every platform)
- One line: who she is
2. Age: clearly adult
Write an adult age as a number and design everything to match it: an adult face, adult proportions, adult clothes and settings. Nothing in the look, the name or the captions may suggest someone under 18.
- Age (a number, clearly adult)
- What makes her read as adult at a glance
3. Look anchors
The fixed facts of the face and body. Write each one as a single fixed value, never a range. These words go into every prompt, word for word.
- Face shape
- Eye colour
- Hair colour, length and usual style
- Skin tone
- Build and height
- One mark people remember (freckles, a beauty spot, a gap in the teeth)
4. Wardrobe library
Ten outfits she wears again and again, each in one line. Mark three as signature pieces. A fixed wardrobe keeps the persona recognisable and the prompts short.
- Signature piece 1
- Signature piece 2
- Signature piece 3
- Outfits 4 to 10, one line each
5. Setting library
Ten places she is seen in. Pick one home base and two or three places she returns to every week. New settings are where faces drift, so add them slowly.
- Home base
- Recurring place 2
- Recurring place 3
- Places 4 to 10, one line each
6. Voice and tone rules
How she writes captions and replies. Anyone who answers messages for her uses this sheet, so be exact.
- Three words for her personality
- Words and phrases she uses
- Words and topics she never uses
- Emoji: which ones, how many
- How she answers a question she cannot answer
7. Posting rhythm
What you can produce every week without the face drifting, not what you hope to post. Measure for a month, then commit.
- Posts per week, per platform
- Day and time you batch-produce
- What you post when a week goes wrong
8. Platforms
One platform where the money is made and one or two where people find her. Read the rules of each before you design anything for it.
- Where she earns
- Where people find her
- Date you read each platform’s AI rules

9. AI label checklist, platform by platform
Every platform has its own AI label, and one does not cover another. Tick each platform you use before the first post. The AI label matrix has all six side by side, with what happens if you skip one.
- Details for Instagram in the AI label matrix
Instagram
Edit profile, then switch on AI-generated profile. Do it before the first post.
“Creators can and should apply the label by editing their profile and toggling on AI-generated profile.” Creators who do not label AI-generated profiles “may see limits to their profile’s reach”.

- Details for TikTok in the AI label matrix
TikTok
Turn on the AI-generated content setting on every realistic post, before you publish.
TikTok “requires people to label AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio or video”.

- Details for YouTube in the AI label matrix
YouTube
In YouTube Studio, under Attributes, set “AI use” to Yes on realistic videos.
Creators must disclose realistic content made or altered with AI, including content that “Generates a realistic scene that didn’t actually occur”. In YouTube Studio this is the “AI use” setting under Attributes.

- Details for X in the AI label matrix
X
Use the “Made with AI” option in the post composer, and say in the bio that the account is AI.
- Details for Reddit in the AI label matrix
Reddit
There is no Reddit-wide label. Read each subreddit’s rules and tag your posts the way they ask.
- Details for Fanvue in the AI label matrix
Fanvue
Sign up as an AI Creator, and label the content in the bio, the caption or as a watermark.
Creators must disclose AI-generated media in the “profile bio, content caption, or as a watermark on the media itself”. Not disclosing risks removal of the content and suspension of the account.

Reference set: the four angles
Four images of the face, made once and used for everything after: image prompts, face tools and later a LoRA. Get these right and most drift problems never start.
Front
Straight on, eyes to the camera, chin level.
Three-quarter left
Head turned about 45 degrees to her right, both eyes visible.
Three-quarter right
The same turn to the other side.
Side profile
Full side view. The nose and jaw line are what drift first.
- Same neutral, even light in all four frames.
- Plain background, nothing behind the head.
- Neutral expression, mouth closed.
- Hair in her usual style, off the face.
- Nothing covering the face: no glasses, hands or hats.
- Full resolution, sharp eyes. Throw away any frame with a blurred face.
- Add two slightly tilted frames once the four are right.

Naming checklist
A name is hard to change once people know it. Check these six things before you register anything.
- Easy to say and to spell after hearing it once.
- The same handle is free on Instagram, TikTok, X and Fanvue.
- No brand or product name in it.
- Nothing that suggests someone under 18: no “teen”, “schoolgirl”, “little”.
- Search the name with “model” and “influencer”. It must not match a real person or a celebrity.
- The face must not look like a real person either. Compare her with the top results of that search.
AI-generated media on Fanvue “must not be of a real person other than the account owner”, and must not show a person who resembles or intends to resemble an individual under the age of 18.

First-week checklist
One task a day, in this order. The 7-day plan has the same seven tasks with links for each one and ticks you can keep.
- Day 1Fill in the persona bible: name, age, look anchors, niche.
- Day 2Make the four-angle reference set.
- Day 3Generate twenty test images and check them for drift.
- Day 4Write the AI label line and set each platform’s label.
- Day 5Open the Fanvue creator account and pass the identity check.
- Day 6Publish the first three posts, with the label already on.
- Day 7Post your reference set and one test image in the Discord and ask for feedback.
Filled in your persona bible and want a second pair of eyes? Ask it in our Discord. Someone there has usually had the same problem.
