Your first 7 days
One task a day for your first week. Each day links to the page that explains it. By day 7 you have a persona with a steady face, her labels on and her first posts live. Then you show the result in the Discord.
How long each task takes is different for everyone. If a day takes two, that is fine. Keep the order. This plan promises no followers and no income in a week. It gets the groundwork right.

Day 1
Decide who she is and what she posts
Fill in the first fields of the persona bible: name, an adult age, the look anchors and the niche. Choose the niche by how it earns: paid messages, brand deals or affiliate links.
Done when: You can describe her in one sentence and name her niche.

Day 2
Make the reference set
Generate four images of her face: front, three-quarter left, three-quarter right and side profile. Same neutral light, plain background, nothing covering the face.
Done when: Four sharp images that are clearly the same person.
Day 3
Check the face for drift
Make twenty test images in outfits and places from your bible. Put them next to the reference set at thumbnail size. Mark every image where she looks like someone else. Post none of them.
Done when: You know which angles, lights or expressions break the face.
Day 4
Set up the AI labels
Write one plain line that says the account is an AI-generated character, and put it in every bio. Then set the AI label on each platform you will use.
Done when: Every platform on your list has its label on, before the first post.
Day 5
Open the Fanvue creator account
Sign up as an AI Creator and do the identity check with your own ID and a selfie. Read the rules for AI creators while the check runs.
Done when: The account exists and the identity check is sent.

Day 6
Publish the first three posts
Check that the label shows on the profile. Then post three images from your best set. Leave out anything you marked on day 3.
Done when: Three posts are live, and the AI label shows on each platform.
Day 7
Show your result in the Discord
Post your reference set and one of your first posts in the Discord. Ask one question about what to fix next.
Done when: You have feedback from people who build personas too.
