In short

  • Fanvue has four payout routes: direct bank transfer, MassPay eWallet, Cosmo eWallet, and crypto via TripleA.
  • Fanvue does not support PayPal and gives no date for when that might change.
  • Fanvue states a $20 minimum, but the real amount can be higher in your region.
  • Only the crypto route (TripleA) has a stated Fanvue fee. It is 1%.
  • For a bank transfer you need different details in each country: routing number, IBAN, BSB or similar.

How you get paid on Fanvue (affiliate link, opens in a new tab) is a different question from how much you get. Fanvue payout terms covers the schedule, the threshold and the hold period. This article answers a smaller question. Once the money is available, how can you get it out, and what does each payout method need from you?

The four Fanvue payout methods

Fanvue lists direct bank transfer as available to all locations worldwide, plus MassPay eWallet and Cosmo eWallet depending on location, plus crypto depending on location. PayPal is explicitly stated as not available on Fanvue, with a note that an update will be released if that changes.

Bank transfer is the only route that FanvueFanvue Fanvue is a subscription content platform that officially allows AI creators and labels them as AI. Open the glossary says works everywhere. It also needs the most details, and they differ by country. What Fanvue asks for depends on where your bank account is:

RegionWhat Fanvue needs
United StatesAccount number and routing number
CanadaInstitution number, branch code, account number
EuropeIBAN, BIC/SWIFT, account number, sort code
AustraliaAccount number, SWIFT/BIC code, BSB number
Everywhere elseInternational payment details

You need the details of the bank account itself. A card number does not work. Fanvue’s own guidance points this out, because a card number is a common reason a first payout gets stuck.

MassPay eWallet and Cosmo eWallet are global payout providers. They are separate companies and not part of Fanvue’s own system. Your money moves from your Fanvue balance into the eWallet. From there you send it on to a bank account or a card. With MassPay you can also send it on as crypto.

MassPay is described as a global payout service provider that lets creators deposit into a MassPay eWallet from their Fanvue balance, with the most common onward routes being bank transfer and crypto transfer. MassPay charges its own service fee, which varies by payout method and location and “can be as small as $1.”

MassPay charges that fee. Fanvue does not. The next section comes back to this.

Crypto runs through a payout provider called TripleA, when Fanvue offers it directly and not through MassPay.

Which payout fees Fanvue charges

Currently, the only payout provider that carries a Fanvue fee is TripleA, at 1%. The article does not list a Fanvue-side fee for the other methods, and directs creators to their own payout dashboard for minimum thresholds and processing times specific to their account.

Fanvue Help — Payout fees on Fanvue (opens in a new tab)checked

Fanvue lists no fee of its own for bank transfer, MassPay or Cosmo. But “no Fanvue fee” does not mean “no fee at all”. MassPay’s service fee from above is a real cost, and you pay it, even though Fanvue does not set it or collect it.

Look at the fees in two steps. First, what Fanvue charges: only the TripleA route, at 1%. Second, what the provider you chose charges on top of that.

Minimum payout and how long it takes

A withdrawal needs a minimum of $20 in Available Balance, though the article warns the real minimum “might not always be as low as $20” because of regional variation. Once requested, a payout is processed immediately and reaches the chosen method within 3–5 business days.

Keep two things apart here.

First, Available Balance is not everything you have earned. Fanvue payout terms covers the hold period, which decides when you can withdraw the money from a sale.

Second, $20 is the minimum that Fanvue states, and Fanvue itself adds “might not always be”. So check your own dashboard. Do not plan around a number that could be wrong for your account.

What the sources do not say

Finding a fixed fee schedule for MassPay and Cosmo eWallet withdrawals

What you want here is a simple table: method, fee, minimum. That table does not exist.

Fanvue’s own fee article names exactly one fixed number: TripleA at 1%. It is explicit that nothing else is listed. MassPay’s own explanation gives a lowest fee (“as small as $1”). Then it says the real number depends on the payout method and location you choose inside MassPay itself. Fanvue’s documentation does not list those. Fanvue’s help centre says even less about Cosmo eWallet. It only links to Cosmo’s own site.

So this article states what Fanvue states, and no more. If someone gives you an exact number like “MassPay charges X%”, they claim to know more than Fanvue itself says.

Which payout method to pick

Use bank transfer if it is available for your country and your bank accepts it without problems. It is the route with the fewest unknowns. Fanvue names no fee for it, no outside provider adds a service fee, and Fanvue says it works everywhere.

The eWallet and crypto routes are for the cases where bank transfer does not work. With them you pay a real fee that varies, to a company that Fanvue’s own documentation does not cover. Look that fee up before you pick one of these routes only because it is convenient.

A payout route only matters once you have a balance to withdraw. Fanvue payout terms explains when that happens: the schedule, the threshold and the hold period. Fanvue subscription pricing and how money is made on Fanvue explain how the balance gets there. To compare Fanvue with other platforms, use platforms and payouts.
